Q1) How is it like working at Feast at The Mills? 

A) Working at The Feast sets itself apart from other hospitality venues, as our live events take place in a one-of-a-kind outdoor environment. Every day, we strive to enhance our guests’ experience as well as our team’s, and continuously find ways to develop and improve our operation. Our goal? To make The Feast the finest destination in Wigan. 

Q2) What makes Feast at The Mills unique? 

A) Feast at The Mills in Wigan offers a unique experience that is inclusive of all ages and even pets. They experiment with different music and have a variety of food vendors to cater to different tastes. The environment is friendly and different from a typical bar. 

Q3) What is your favourite part of being the General Manager of Feast at The Mills? 

A) One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job is observing the satisfaction of our guests and receiving their feedback. Collaborating with my team to enhance their experience and working towards creating an even better journey for them is a significant part of my job. It’s important to prioritize teamwork and continuously strive for improvement by implementing innovative solutions in our approach. 

Q4) What 3 words sum up Feast at The Mills? 

A) Unique, Homely and Exciting  

Q5) What is your go to food from Feast?  

A) I had the opportunity to sample food from all of the vendors, and I found the food from each to be excellent. Personally, I like to mix and match between different stores. Christakis’ Chicken Gyros stands out as a favourite, while Dough so good‘s new pizza, especially the honey chili pizza, is delicious. I also enjoyed DimYum’s Teriyaki Sui Mai, and Hastie’s Salt and Pepper Burger was another standout item. 

Q6) Tell us about something new you have learnt from your new team or a member of the team? 

A) team’s receptiveness to feedback is commendable. We’re fortunate to have passionate members who are inquisitive about the hospitality industry, eager to learn how it operates and what career paths it offers. It’s inspiring to see their commitment to not just staying with the team but growing with us as well. I’ve learned that many of our team members see themselves making a career in the hospitality industry, which is a significant takeaway.  Want to become part of the Feast?
